Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation led by Bukhara Region Governor Botir Zaripov organized a business forum in Dallas, Texas, USA, attended by major companies from the American IT industry. The forum provided a platform for direct dialogue and negotiations with innovative startups and strategic partners.

Hosting the event in Dallas, a hub of advanced technology, highlighted its significance.

During meetings with leading representatives of the US IT market, participants discussed opportunities for developing the digital economy and integrating information technologies across all sectors of Bukhara Region.

Discussions covered not only the expansion of IT services exports but also the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in social sectors, digitalization of industry and agriculture, optimization of transport logistics, and other initiatives.

A key highlight of the forum was negotiations with Veritis Group, one of Texas’s leading digital consulting centers, with extensive experience in digital transformation, cloud services, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and IT outsourcing. Veritis Group presented opportunities for establishing BPO centers in Bukhara and implementing projects in digital governance and AI-based solutions.

The forum also explored cooperation with Berymo, a company providing modern mobile and delivery services in Dallas and Orlando. Company executives proposed concrete solutions for introducing taxi aggregators, intelligent transport systems, and modern delivery models in Bukhara Region.

Overall, the Dallas forum featured detailed negotiations with over 20 companies on practical collaboration, including software developers, Big Data specialists, IoT experts, data analysts, and professionals in industrial and agricultural technologies, education, cybersecurity, and digital governance. All expressed interest in Bukhara Region’s IT potential, the talent pool of young specialists, and digitalization prospects.

The event offered American entrepreneurs the chance to closely study the region’s digital transformation programs, the activities of IT Park, youth education initiatives, and the startup ecosystem. US companies expressed readiness to establish BPO centers, training laboratories, and innovation hubs in Bukhara.
