Boundaries of Gijduvan and Kanimekh districts to be changed

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan discussed a draft resolution of the Legislative Chamber “On changing the borders of Gijduvan district of Bukhara region and Kanimekh district of Navoi region".

It was stressed that the adoption of the document would serve to increase the share of the Kanimekh district of Navoi region in the industrial and agricultural spheres, and create favorable conditions for the residents of the town of Zafarobod in Gijduvan district of Bukhara region and contribute to the social and economic potential of the region.
