Book about investment potential of Uzbekistan published in India

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On the eve of the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to India, a book “Business opportunities of Uzbekistan” was published by the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Delhi.

The 70 pages of the book provide information about Uzbekistan, the economy, reforms, ratings, registration and business procedures.

The book covers such as macroeconomic indicators and foreign trade, Infrastructure, agro-Industrial complex, markets, guarantees and protection of foreign investments, tax policy, benefits and preferences for foreign investors.

A separate chapter tells about the peculiarities of the free economic zones "Angren", "Gijduvan", "Khozarasp", "Jizzakh", "Kokand", "Navoi", "Namangan", "Urgut", as well as pharmaceutical economic zones and promising directions in this sphere.

The magazine contains many infographics, tables, ratings and summary data for detailed analysis and assessment of business opportunities in Uzbekistan. The publication is intended for targeted distribution among foreign investors, during business forums, negotiations, B2B events and presentations.

Today, there is an increased interest in doing business in Uzbekistan in India. A number of business forums and meetings of the interstate committee on trade and economic relations were held in Delhi and Tashkent.

The forthcoming Indian-Uzbek business forum in Delhi will gather more than 300 business leaders of the two countries on the eve of the State visit, and will also present the Made in Uzbekistan exhibition.

Within the framework of the business forum, major investment projects are expected to be signed in the leading sectors of the economy.
