BMB HOLDING Discusses Expansion of Uzbek Agricultural Exports with Latvian Embassy Representative\
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 30 January 2026, a business meeting took place between Anvar Muminov, Director of the International Relations Department at BMB HOLDING, and Georgijs Vojevods, Trade and Economic Advisor at the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in Uzbekistan.
During the discussions, Mr. Vojevods was thoroughly briefed on the operations of the companies within the BMB HOLDING structure and their successful expansion into European markets.
Special attention was given to ongoing joint investment projects involving foreign partners, as well as the development of export supplies of various types of agricultural products, including deep-processed goods produced by the Holding’s enterprises.
The parties explored the possibility of establishing a logistics and trade hub within one of Latvia’s free economic zones, which would facilitate the expansion of Uzbek agricultural exports to European Union markets.
Ways to strengthen mutual cooperation and support for interested companies in the Uzbek market were also considered.
The meeting was held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere.
Following the discussion, both sides confirmed their readiness to provide mutual assistance in establishing business contacts and promoting products in key markets, thereby consolidating prospects for long-term trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Latvia.
