Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — BIZNES FINANS LLC has announced the placement of a new bond issue totaling 25 billion soums.

According to the company, the issuance will consist of 250,000 bonds with a nominal value of 100,000 soums each. The securities will carry an annual coupon rate of 27% with monthly payments. The bonds will have a maturity period of 720 days and will be offered through a public subscription.

The placement is scheduled to begin on the 15th day following the official announcement of the state registration of the issue.

In the first half of 2025, BIZNES FINANS reported a net profit of 23.6 billion soums, marking a 57.3% increase compared to the same period last year.

As of 1 July 2025, the company’s loan portfolio stood at 163.2 billion soums, up 71.1% year‑on‑year. At the same time, the share of non‑performing loans rose slightly from 0.8% to 0.9%.
