Bellissimo Pizza Opens Its First Pizzeria in Astana, Launching International Expansion

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Uzbek pizzeria chain Bellissimo Pizza has begun its international expansion by opening its first location in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.

The new pizzeria is located within the “Zeleny Kvartal” residential complex in the city center. Kazakhstan marks the chain’s first foreign market, which, according to Bellissimo Pizza representatives, signifies “a new stage in the brand’s international development.”

The chain’s founder, Farrukh Abdullaev, emphasized the strategic importance of choosing Kazakhstan: “Our peoples are brothers, united by culture, values, and a love of quality meat. That is why Astana became our first international destination.”

Head of Bellissimo Pizza Kazakhstan, Magomed Kostoev, highlighted strong interest in the brand from both customers and partners, noting that the opening of the first pizzeria in Astana is just the beginning: “The chain will soon expand its presence across the capital.”

According to the plan, a second location will open by the end of September, with a third scheduled for early October. In the long term, by 2028, Bellissimo Pizza aims to open approximately 200 pizzerias in Kazakhstan, focusing on major cities and the development of its franchise network.
