Beeline Uzbekistan Explains Night Call Glitches
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Subscribers of Beeline Uzbekistan experienced unusual activity overnight, reporting that calls were being made from their numbers without their knowledge.
Reports quickly spread across social media, raising concerns among users.
In response, the company’s press service said the issue was linked to technical особенностями (peculiarities) of one of its network services, which caused calls to be delivered with delays of up to several hours or to be interrupted.
The operator emphasized that mobile communication and internet services continued to function normally during this period, without outages or disruptions.
According to the company, the incident was caused by a planned transition to a new billing system. The upgrade led to temporary malfunctions in several services.
In particular, the hambi app was unavailable, while services at offices, dealers, and the contact center were temporarily limited.
The operator stated that services are gradually returning to normal and promised full restoration once the technical work is completed. The company also apologized to subscribers for the inconvenience caused.
