Beeline Academy Launches Free AI Courses for 1,000 Computer Science Teachers
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Beeline Uzbekistan, in partnership with the Tashkent International University of Education (TIUE), is launching a large-scale educational initiative to train 1,000 computer science teachers across the country in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the education. This marks the next phase of the Beeline Academy program aimed at advancing STEM education in Uzbekistan.
The program is implemented in partnership with Tashkent International University of Education (TIUE). Before the training begins, selected participants will complete a questionnaire. Based on their responses, they will be grouped into four categories according to their experience level and preferred language of instruction (Uzbek or Russian).
Participants will attend live, interactive online sessions led by educational methodologists, technical coordinators, moderators, and qualified experts in digital technologies. According to the results of the certification, the participants who have successfully completed the training will receive an official document confirming their qualification upgrade.
The main goal of the project is to enhance teachers’ digital skills and support the integration of advanced AI tools into the educational system of Uzbekistan.
“Artificial intelligence is now an essential element of digital transformation, and mastering its tools is becoming a key requirement for training the competitive professionals of tomorrow. Our company’s AI1440 development strategy — aligned with the broader goals of Uzbekistan’s digital economy — is centered around empowering young, talented specialists capable of building innovative IT solutions. Developing a new generation of IT specialists is our top priority. That’s why we start with those who educate them — their teachers," said Andrey Pyatakhin, CEO of Beeline Uzbekistan.
“TIUE is proud to be part of this large-scale project to train educators in cutting-edge technologies. Together with Beeline Uzbekistan, we are creating an accessible online environment where participants can gain hands-on skills in artificial intelligence. This is a crucial step in advancing digital education and preparing future IT professionals in Uzbekistan,” noted Nasir Khodjaev, Rector of TIUE.
The program is open to computer science teachers from public and private schools, lyceums, colleges, and universities across Uzbekistan. Applicants must provide proof of employment to enroll.
Registration is available via a dedicated online form.
Since its launch in 2023, Beeline Academy has invested over $150,000 in initiatives to support IT education. In 2023–2024, 50 participants — both beginners and professionals — completed cybersecurity training courses.
In December and April 2024, more than 210 computer science teachers completed professional development courses in neural networks, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cyber hygiene, Python programming, 3D graphics, and frontend development — all as part of the Beeline Academy and TIUE initiative.
Beeline Uzbekistan has also received international recognition, including EMBRAS awards and Top Employer certification, for its contributions to talent development and corporate culture.
