Batyr Zakirov appointed as Minister of Construction of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree on appointing of the Minister of Construction of Uzbekistan.

According to the decree, Batyr Zakirov was appointed Minister of Construction of Uzbekistan.

Earlier, deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis approved his candidacy for this position.

The head of Uzbekistan also appointed Sherzod Khidoyatov the first deputy minister of construction.

Prior to his appointment, he headed the Directorate for Construction of the Tashkent City International Business Center under the Cabinet of Ministers.
