Basic tariffs rates of workers of children’s music and art schools are increasing

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) –– The President’s resolution “On improving the system of remuneration and material incentives for managers, teachers and accompanists of children’s music and art schools” was adopted.

According to the resolution, from 1 October 2019, the basic tariff rates for employees of children’s music and art schools are increased:

- for directors and deputy directors - 1.5 times;

- for teachers and accompanists - 1.25 times.

Also, in accordance with the resolution will be:

- a modern system for assessing the quality of education in children’s music and art schools has been developed based on the study of international best practices;

- introduced the practice of competitive selection of candidates for senior positions in children’s music and art schools;

- a system of remote training of senior officials of these schools was developed.
