Bahromjon Jalilov Appointed Advisor to the hokim of Ferghana Region on Digital and AI Technologies

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Bahromjon Jalilov has been appointed as advisor to the hokim of Ferghana Region on the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. The appointment was formalized by an official order signed by the regional hokim.

Bahromjon Odilovich Jalilov was born in 1987 in the Toshlok District. He graduated from the Ferghana Polytechnic Institute and later completed his master’s and doctoral studies at the Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University. He holds a PhD in Technical Sciences.

Jalilov began his professional career in 2008 as a lecturer at the Toshlok College of Economics. He later served as senior lecturer, head of department, and deputy director of the Ferghana branch of Muhammad al-Khwarizmi University of Information Technologies.

He also led the Administration at the Center for Digital Technologies under the regional hokimiyat. In 2023, he was awarded the “Shukhrat” medal.

Prior to his new appointment, Bahromjon Jalilov headed the Ferghana branch of the Information Technology Park (IT Park).
