Bahrom Makhmatrayemov appointed Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Bahrom Makhmatrayemov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

Makhmatrayemov was born in 1974 in Denov district of Surkhandarya region. He graduated from Termez State University in 2000 and the Banking and Finance Academy in 2006.

He holds a PhD in Economics.

Prior to his appointment, he served as the hokim (mayor) of Altynsai district in Surkhandarya region, where he oversaw issues related to the socio-economic development of the district.
