Average Car Loan Rate in Uzbekistan Reaches 24.1% Per Annum
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 6 October 2025, the average annual interest rate on car loans in Uzbekistan reached 24.1%, according to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan. Meanwhile, the average rate on microloans issued by commercial banks climbed to 33.7% per annum.
Among car loan providers, the most favorable conditions are offered by Garant Bank at 16% per annum, followed by Ipoteka Bank at 19.8% and InFinBank at 20.5%.
The highest rates were recorded at SQB (27%), Hamkor Bank (27.5%), and Madad Invest Bank (27.9%).
In the microloan segment, the lowest rates were observed at Aloqabank and b Trust Bank (25.8%), while InFinBank offers 26%.
The highest microloan rates were reported at TBC Bank (42.8%), Anor Bank (40.9%), and Apex Bank (39.9%) per annum.
The Central Bank clarified that calculations included both market-based loans and concessional lending programs for businesses, as well as special financing terms for certain economic sectors.
On average, lending rates for individuals (excluding microloans) stood at 23.5%, while for legal entities they averaged 22.7%.
