Average Auto Loan Rate in Uzbekistan Hits 24.3%
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 27 October 2025, the average annual interest rate on auto loans in Uzbekistan reached 24.3%, according to data from the Central Bank.
Microloans issued by commercial banks averaged 32.9% per year.
Among banks offering auto loans, Garant Bank provides the most favorable terms at 17.2% per year, followed by Ipoteka Bank at 19.9% and OFB at 21.2%. The highest rates were recorded at Universal Bank (30.0%), Madad Invest Bank (28.3%), and SQB (27.5%).
In the microloan segment, the lowest rate is offered by Infinbank at 25.4% per year, followed by BRB (25.5%) and Trast Bank (25.6%). The highest rates are at Anor Bank (41.0%), TBC Bank (40.2%), and Tenge Bank (39.7%).
The Central Bank noted that calculations included not only market-rate loans but also loans issued under preferential business programs and special credit products supporting specific sectors of the economy.
On average, interest rates for individual borrowers (excluding microloans) were 23.4% per year, while rates for legal entities averaged 23.5% per year.
