Auerbach Grayson & Co Registered in Uzbekistan’s “Regulatory Sandbox”
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The National Agency for Prospective Projects of Uzbekistan has registered the American company Auerbach Grayson & Company as a participant in the country’s special legal framework “Regulatory Sandbox” for the capital market.
The company became the fifth participant in this regime, which allows testing innovative financial products and solutions in a controlled environment.
Auerbach Grayson & Company is a brokerage-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC #8-45136), a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and registered in 13 U.S. states and territories. Operating on an agency basis and through a network of partners in 125 countries, the company facilitates trading in equities, bonds, and derivatives for institutional investors.
In Uzbekistan, Auerbach Grayson & Co plans to represent the interests of U.S. institutional investors in the local capital market and support cross-listing of securities between domestic and international platforms, including in preparation for IPOs of Uzbek issuers.
