Assembly of ChTZ tractors starts in Uzbekistan
The assembly of cars was mastered by the Uzbek dealer of the company - ROAD BILDING TECHNICS. The Uzbek partners plan to purchase and assembly a whole batch of ChTZ tractors within a year.
In 2017, Chelyabinsk tractor manufacturers signed a dealership agreement with this firm, as well as a cooperation agreement that gives the right to Uzbek partners to independently collect from units and details two models of factory tractors with a mechanical transmission. This is a serial six-cylinder B10M with a D-180 engine and a starting motor and its swamp version is T10MB.
Actually bulldozer equipment is not included in the kit and is purchased separately - as spare parts. The firstborn collected by the dealer is equipped with only a blade and a rigid tow hitch. This machine has already been sold to the end user and will operate in the oil and gas industry.
The new partner of ChTZ has a good production base, specialists and experience in working with the machinery of the enterprise. Nevertheless, in preparation for assembly work, the representatives of the company got acquainted with how the deal was handled at the factory dealer in Kazakhstan, at Dormash-ChTZ, where they mastered the assembly operations well.
Now the Uzbek partner is improving the assembly technology and resolves the issues of certification in this Central Asian republic of cars assembled from tractor sets. Then they can put a nameplate on it, that this is a product of Uzbek-Russian production. Such equipment will no longer be considered imported and will be able to participate in state tenders and competitions in Uzbekistan as a national commodity.
