Asia Alliance Bank to float shares for 9bn soums

The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the Uzbek bank.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the Uzbek bank will place 36 million ordinary shares with par value of 250 soums each. Total volume of the issue is 9 billion soums.

The bank said that the shares of the issue will be placed among limited number of investors.
