Asaka Bank to issue bonds for 10bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
State joint stock commercial bank “Asaka” will place corporate bonds for 10 billion soums, the bank said in a statement.
The Center for Coordination and Control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of third issue of the bank.
Within the emission, the bank will place 10,000 corporate bonds with par value of 1 million soums each.
Maturity term of the bonds is 1,825 calendar days. The coupon is equal to refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, which is equal to 12% APR. The coupon will be paid each quarter.
