Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Art-Soft Tex Holding and Namimpeks are considering exporting yarn to Egypt.

This issue was discussed during a video conference organized with the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Egypt, in which representatives of the Uzbek companies Art-Soft Tex Holding, Namimpeks and Egyptian companies Gubashi Tex participated "And" Abu Shanab Trading LTD ".

During the event, Egyptian partners gave a positive assessment of the activities of knitwear enterprises in the Namangan region, whose products are of high quality, reasonable prices and are in demand in Europe, Asia and North Africa.

Egyptian producers have expressed interest in acquiring yarn from Uzbekistan. In this regard, the issue of opening representative offices of companies in Egypt and Uzbekistan was discussed, which will enable the activation of mutually beneficial contracts and expand the range of goods turnover.

As a result of the video conference, an agreement was reached on the conclusion of an export contract between Art-Soft Tex Holding and Gubashi Tex for the supply of the first batch of cotton yarn to Egypt. In the future, the Egyptian side intends to increase imports of these products from Uzbekistan.
