Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On an experimental basis, the State Customs Committee, the State Geodezcadastre, the Extra-budgetary Pension Fund, as well as the khokimiyats of Namangan, Bukhara and Tashkent regions are creating Appeal Councils for the pre-trial settlement of disputes between individuals and legal entities and state bodies.

Appeals about the violation of rights and freedoms, as well as the interests of individuals and legal entities protected by law as a result of illegal actions (decisions) or inaction of state bodies or officials will be considered by the Board of Appeals.
