Appeals now can be submitted via my.gov.uz

UZINFOCOM Center said that citizens and business entities can direct their electronic appeals to the Cabinet of Ministersof Uzbekistan, which heads the state bodies and economic entities.

The service will allow the citizens and businesses to solve the problems fast and without additional paper work, and interact with the Government of Uzbekistan. The service became another step to form e-government system in the country.

Currently, my.gov.uz now unites 120 state bodies, as well as district and city administrations. Currently, it received over 2,300 appeals.

In line with the legislation, appeals and complaints are submitted to the state body, which should solve the problem.

The Government, as usually, received appeals on the state bodies, which does not solve the issues and refuses to consider the appeals.

UZINFOCOM Center recommended to attach earlier appeals and complaints when new appeal is sent to the Cabinet of Ministers.
