Antimonopoly committee helped Uzcarlsberg

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Antimonopoly Committee studied the appeal of Uzcarlsberg LLC regarding the over-accrued debt from the Toshkent suv taminoti.

According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the “Toshkent suv taminoty” was charged unreasonable debt in the amount of 142 million soums.

The Committee was sent a notice to eliminate this violation.

After the intervention of the Committee, the debt of Uzcarlsberg was re-calculated on unreasonable accrual in favor of the company.
