Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At the clinic of the Virology Research Institute in Tashkent, 24 patients recovered completely from coronavirus infection and went for rehabilitation.

Nine of those who recovered at the clinic of the Research Institute of Virology became infected with coronavirus due to contact with patients. Two citizens were brought from the UAE by a charter flight in the direction of Sharjah-Tashkent, 12 citizens arrived from Tajikistan, and one was a part-time driver who arrived from Russia via Kazakhstan.

All of them were quarantined and transferred to the clinic after the detection of coronavirus. Among the survivors, 6 people are from the city of Tashkent and Tashkent region, 5 from Surkhandarya region, 4 from Kashkadarya region, 2 from Ferghana region and 1 from Khorezm region. Among them, 13 are men and 11 are women, the oldest - 57 years old, and the youngest - 13 years old.

In Tashkent, 709 patients had been treated before, and now their number has reached 733.

Currently, 2,245 people have completely recovered from coronavirus infection throughout the country.
