Anorbank to Increase Authorized Capital by 50 Billion Soums through Share Issuance

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Shareholders of Anorbank have decided to increase the bank’s authorized capital through the placement of additional ordinary shares.

According to the bank, the total size of the issuance will amount to 50 billion soums.

As part of the procedure, the bank plans to issue 50 million ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1,000 soums each.

The share placement will expand the bank’s financial capacity and strengthen its capitalization to support further development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
