Andijan Region Leads Uzbekistan in Number of Dehkan Farms

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Committee of Statistics, as of 1 July 2025, there are 414,341 dehkan farms in Uzbekistan.

The highest number is registered in Andijan Region, with 67,197 farms.

It is followed by Samarkand Region with 50,608 farms, Ferghana Region with 40,701, and Namangan Region with 39,535.

In Khorezm Region, 39,388 dehkan farms are in operation, while Kashkadarya has 34,744 and Bukhara 31,893. Surkhandarya Region accounts for 27,639 farms, Tashkent Region 24,757, Jizzakh Region 21,225, and the Republic of Karakalpakstan 14,785.

In Syrdarya Region, 11,954 farms are registered, Navoi Region has 9,887, and the city of Tashkent records 28 dehkan farms.
