An Official Reception Held at the Kantei in Honor of the Visit of the President of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Following the conclusion of the high-level talks, an official reception was held at the Kantei on behalf of the Prime Minister of Japan, Sanae Takaichi, in honor of the official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The reception was attended by members of the official delegations, as well as representatives of the business community and the public from Uzbekistan and Japan.

The Head of State of Uzbekistan and the Prime Minister of Japan expressed satisfaction with the outcomes of the negotiations, as a result of which bilateral relations were elevated to the level of an expanded strategic partnership.

During the event, the parties reaffirmed their shared determination to continue consistently strengthening Uzbek-Japanese relations, to develop mutually beneficial cooperation, and to expand partnership in priority areas.
