Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In Islamabad, a gala evening dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the Day of Defenders of the Motherland was held, during which, for the first time, a performance of the Central Song and Dance Ensemble of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan was organized, Dunyo reported.
As part of the cultural event, video presentations on the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan were also organized, as well as patriotic songs and colorful national dances were performed. The works of Uzbek and foreign classics, popular songs of the CIS countries and Pakistan were highly appreciated by the participants of the event.

Jeffrey, president of the Center for Global and Strategic Studies of the IRP. - This once again shows that Uzbekistan has firmly embarked on a course of consistent reforms, regional cooperation and integration.
The editor of the popular Itihad newspaper T. Faruk noted that the concert program of Uzbek artists with a wide performing range and colorful Uzbek dances once again showed that the main potential of Uzbekistan is its soft power, charged with the huge historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of the Uzbek people.
