An electric bus E420 Vitovt Electro is being tested in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Belarusian company Belkommunmash has delivered an E420 Vitovt Electro electric bus to Tashkent for testing.

According to the Toshshahartranshizmat, it is planned to test the electric bus on route No. 41.

An electric bus on one charge can travel up to 19 km, Gazeta.uz reports.

The Toshshahartranskhizmat company noted that two charging stations have been prepared.

After testing the electric bus in Uzbekistan, the issue of introducing this type of transport in Tashkent will be considered.
