Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government resolution amended the resolution "On Measures to Improve the System of Social Protection of the Population Using Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction."

In accordance with the relevant Government resolution No. 308 from 13 April 2019, the introduction of the Unified Register of Social Protection (IS Unified Register) information system and the review and assignment of social benefits and material assistance to low-income families through it from 1 October 2019 in Syrdarya were established areas as part of a pilot project.

According to the amendments, it was established that the social benefits assigned to Syrdarya region before 1 October 2019 will be paid until 1 May 2020 in the manner prescribed by the Regulation “On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Assigning and Paying Social Benefits and Material Assistance to Low-income Families” on the procedure the appointment and payment of social benefits and material assistance to low-income families, and starting from 1 May 2020 through the IS “Unified Register”.
