Amendments and additions were made to stimulate employees of interior ministry

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Amendments and additions have been made to some government decisions aimed at stimulating employees of internal bodies.

In accordance with the amendments, 45 percent of the amount of fines for violation of traffic rules will be sent to the extra-budgetary funds of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Formerly, the amount of money transferred from fines was 55 percent.

And 10 percent of the amount of fines will be sent to the Fund to encourage employees of the State Road Safety Service.

In accordance with the law, for unsatisfactory work inspectors and operational staff are subject to a fine of up to 50 percent of their salary. The amendments made determined that the funds from these fines remain at the disposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
