Amendments and Additions to some presidential decisions adopted

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with the amendments to the Presidential resolution, the issuance of loans for the construction of residential buildings on updated projects in rural areas is 20 years, including 2- summer period (today 3 years), with an interest rate of 7 percent for the first 5 years and at the rate of the refinancing rate in the subsequent period.

Starting from January 1, 2020, in a one-year grace period with a gradually increasing interest rate each year with fixed refinancing rates over the next 5 years and in the amount of refinancing rates in the subsequent period.
