Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A government resolution “On additional material incentives for ambulance workers involved in the fight against the spread of coronavirus infection, preservation of sanitary and epidemiological well-being and public health” was adopted.

In accordance with the resolution, ambulance workers involved in the fight against the spread of coronavirus infection, the preservation of sanitary and epidemiological well-being and public health will receive a one-time financial incentive in the following amounts:

- doctors - 5 million soums;

- paramedical personnel (paramedics and orderlies) - 4 million soums;

- drivers - 3 million soums.

These payments will apply to employees hired before 1 June 2020.
