Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Benelux countries Dilyor Khakimov met with the President of the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ) Marc Schmitz, in Belgium.

According to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry, the parties discussed the current state of cooperation between the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau under the Prosecutor General’s Office of Uzbekistan and the UIHJ.

Marc Schmitz praised the participation of Uzbekistan in the activities of the UIHJ Council and expressed interest in holding joint events in the form of workshops, trainings, roundtable discussions and forums with partners from Uzbekistan.

Following the meeting, the President of UIHJ expressed readiness to attend Tashkent Law Spring International Forum to be held on 23-25 April 2020 in Tashkent.
