Amanmuradova loses in final of French ITF tournament
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan number one Akgul Amanmuradova lost to Alison Riske of the United States in the final of the ITF Joue-Les-Tours tournament in France. The prize money of the tournament is US$50,000.
Amanmuradova won the first set with the score 6/2, but lost next two sets- 2/6 and 5/7.
During the tournament, the Uzbek tennis player defeated Julia Glushko (Israel) 6/2 and 6/2, Irena Pavlovic (France) 6/4 and 7/6(4), Alona Bondarenko (Ukraine) 6/3 and 7/5, Alexandra Panova (Russia) 7/5, 5/7 and 6/3.
