All preschool educational institutions of Uzbekistan to receive free educational materials
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- For the first time in the history of preschool education in Uzbekistan, all preschool educational institutions of the republic will receive developing printed materials for free. The composition of the educational-methodical set will include recipes, case planning magazines, cards and posters for different age groups of children.
At the end of December 2018, the Ministry of Preschool Education launched a large-scale program to provide pre-school educational institutions of the capital and regions with free printed materials in Uzbek and Russian. Investments in the project amounted to 8 billion soums. Until the end of January 2019, 270 thousand copies of letters, 18 thousand sets of cards, 10 thousand sets of posters will be sent to the pre-school. Educators will receive case planning journals for organizing classes with children.
“Produced printed products will go to all preschool educational institutions of Uzbekistan. One set of cards consists of 27 mini-sets of various subjects: furniture, clothing, animals, transport, vegetables, syllables, numbers, etc. A set of posters is similarly arranged, including 20 sets: musical instruments, traffic rules, professions, seasons etc. Depending on its size, from 1 to 3 sets will be allocated to each preschool institution of the republic, which, provided there is a periodic exchange of mini-sets between groups, will provide developmental products to 100% of children. First of all, printed materials will be provided to rural areas of the republic, which will improve their material and technical base. 83% of the books, 90% of the posters and 89% of the development cards will be sent to the regional preschool educational institutions. The manuals contain tasks for the development of fine motor skills, attention, thinking and imagination, as well as classical exercises to prepare the child’s hand for writing and logical tasks. Colorful cards in Uzbek, Russian and English will contribute to enhancing cognitive processes and the development of patience, perseverance, the desire to achieve high results.
Next year it is planned to direct 25 billion soums to the production of printed products and toys for preschool institutions.
