Aktam Haitov appointed as Minister of Employment and Labor Relations

Uzbek leader appointed Aktam Haitov to the post of Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Prior to this appointment, Aktam Haitov worked as the General Director of the Uzbek Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Uzstandard).

At this post, he replaced Aziz Abdukhakimov, who was appointed to the post of chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for development of tourism.

Abduhamid Karimov became the new general director of Uzstandart.
