Before joining TBC Uzbekistan, he led the development of the international Dodo Pizza network in Uzbekistan, launched his own entrepreneurial ventures, and managed a digital agency. His experience spans both operational management and the creation of new business directions from the ground up, equipping him with valuable skills for implementing high-impact initiatives.

Commenting on his appointment, Akmalkhon stated: “After several years in entrepreneurship, I felt the need for a broader scope — for work that not only shapes processes but also allows for daily growth through collaboration with a strong team, data-driven decisions, and real-life projects that improve people’s lives.
