Akgul Amanmuradova of Uzbekistan lost in the first round of the WTA tournament in Rome with the prize fund of US$2 million.
In the first round, Amanmuradoca met representative of Italy Flavia Pennetta, who was seeded as number 12 in tournament.
Flavia Pennetta claimed a victory over Akgul Amanmuradova in straight sets - 6-2 and 6-3.
