AGMK Reports Net Profit of 8.3 Trillion Soums for the First Nine Months of 2025
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine JSC (AGMK) recorded a net profit of 8.3 trillion soums for the first nine months of 2025, representing a 35.1% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
In the third quarter alone, the company’s profit reached 3.8 trillion soums, up 50.1% year-on-year. Meanwhile, export revenue declined to US$377.8 million, accounting for 13.2% of total revenue, compared to US$486.1 million (22.8%) a year earlier.
As of the end of the reporting period, AGMK’s total assets stood at 89.2 trillion soums (up 41.8%), while equity capital reached 37.5 trillion soums (up 44.6%). Retained earnings grew by 161.7%, amounting to 18.8 trillion soums.
Long-term loans and borrowings increased by 6.9 trillion soums, reaching 31.4 trillion soums, whereas short-term liabilities decreased by 256.1 billion soums to 3.5 trillion soums.
