Agat Credit Registers Third Bond Issue Worth 40 Billion Soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 23 October 2025, the third bond issue of the microfinance organization Agat Credit was officially registered.
The company will offer investors securities totaling 40 billion soums with an annual coupon rate of 27%.
The bonds will have a maturity of 365 days, with a nominal value set at 100,000 soums. Coupon payments will be made monthly, and placement is scheduled to begin on 7 November 2025.
This is the third bond issue for Agat Credit this year. The first issue in March, amounting to 40 billion soums, was placed with a 29% yield, while the second issue in July for 30 billion soums at 28% per annum was fully subscribed by investors in just three hours.
Additionally, on 10 October 2025, at an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, a decision was made to transform Agat Credit into a joint-stock company under the name “Agat Credit Microfinance Bank.”
The company has already submitted the necessary documents to the regulator to obtain approval for the change in its legal status.
