Agat Credit Registers Fourth Bond Issue of 40 Billion Soums with 26% Yield

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Microfinance organization Agat Credit has completed the state registration of its fourth bond issue, according to a report on 30 December 2025.

The total volume of the issue amounts to 40 billion soums. The bonds have a face value of 100,000 soums, a two-year maturity, and a coupon yield of 26% per annum.

The first issue in March 2025 was placed for 40 billion soums with a 29% annual yield, the second in July for 30 billion soums at 28%, and the third issue in early November 2025 for 40 billion soums at 27% was successfully executed.
