Afrosiyob High-Speed Trains Launch Tashkent–Shakhrisabz Route

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 27 March 2026, Afrosiyob high-speed electric trains will begin operating on the new Tashkent–Shakhrisabz–Tashkent route on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the press service of JSC Temiryo’lexpress reported.

The new route aims to enhance regional transport connectivity and improve passenger comfort. Trains depart from Tashkent at 06:33, arriving in Shakhrisabz, with the return service from Shakhrisabz to Tashkent scheduled for 16:24.

Tickets for the new services are available at official railway ticket offices and through online platforms.
