Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan adopted the Resolution “On measures to establish a branch of the University of economics and technology of Turkey in Tashkent”.

In accordance with the Resolution, a branch of the University of economics and technology of Turkey will be established in Tashkent, providing non-governmental educational services.

The Branch entrusted with the next tasks:

implement innovations in the sectors of the economy;

expand the commercialization of research results;

attract investments to implement innovative ideas of students.

The branch is a non-governmental higher educational organization, and the educational activity of the Branch begins in the 2020/2021 academic year.

The graduates of the branch are given a university diploma, which is recognized as a document on higher education in Uzbekistan.
