Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 4–5 February 2026, the second B5+1 Business Forum was held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, within the framework of the “C5+1” format, aimed at strengthening economic ties between the United States and Central Asian countries.

The Uzbek delegation included Nuriddin Koshnazarov, Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture of Uzbekistan. The forum brought together representatives of government agencies from Central Asia and the United States, international financial institutions, business associations, and the private sector.

During the discussions, participants addressed practical issues of cooperation in trade and investment, digital technologies, transport and logistics infrastructure, agriculture, and industry.

It was particularly emphasized that Uzbekistan represents a promising and rapidly growing market for American companies and demonstrates strong interest in adopting modern technologies and equipment from the United States.

The forum also highlighted Uzbekistan’s readiness to implement joint projects in the field of critical minerals, which are of strategic importance for the industries of both countries.

Organizers noted that the B5+1 forum serves as an effective platform for developing public-private partnerships, promoting specific investment initiatives, and strengthening dialogue between business communities in the United States and Central Asia.
