Advisor of US State Department visits religious organizations in Uzbekistan

The visit was organized on proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. During his visit to Uzbekistan, Samir Hossein met heads of religious organizations of the country.

In particular, the US official held negotiations with Deputy Chairperson of Uzbekistan Muslims Board Abdulaziz Mansurov. He visited Mushaf Uman Museum in Tashkent.

Samir Hossein also visited the Orthodox Church, the Catholic Church, the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Jewish synagogue of the Jewish religious community of Tashkent.

The US official also paid a visit to Bukhara, where he familiarized with activities of Mir Arab madrasah. He also visited Bahauddin Naqshband memorial complex.
