Administrative Regulation for the provision of public services for assigning categories to appraisers approved

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government Resolution approved the Administrative Regulation for the provision of public services for assigning categories to appraisers.

The Agency for State Assets Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan is determined by the authorized body for regulating valuation activities.

According to the Resolution, the following categories are assigned to certified appraisers:

assessor of the second category;

appraiser of the first category;

appraiser of higher category.

To obtain an appraiser category, the applicant applies to the authorized body with a statement to which the documents specified in the Regulations are attached.

This application is considered by the authorized body and a decision is made to assign a category or to refuse to assign a category.
