Accident takes place in Turtkul district of Karakalpakstan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 21 August 2019, a road accident took place at 03:30 on the 598th km of the A-380 Guzar-Bukhara-Nukus-Beineu highway.

A 24-year old resident of Khorezm region, driving Cobalt car, drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Nexia, drived by a 40-year-old resident of Khorezm region

Five persons were hospitalized in the result of the accident. Two persons died despite provided medical assistance.

A criminal case has been opened, an investigation is underway.
