Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – In 2019, the civil courts examined 188,282 cases, which is 13.3% less than in 2018. This was reported by the press service of the Supreme Court.
For the reporting period, 88,655 court orders were issued to collect mandatory payments in the amount of more than 124 billion soums. These indicators decreased in comparison with 2018 by 62.4% and 56.2%, respectively.
In the civil cases reviewed, 162,327 court decisions were issued, in which more than 86.2% of the claims were satisfied.
About 71,486 civil cases were considered during off-site court hearings. 9 922 meetings and open dialogue with the population were held.
In addition, the Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan reviewed 1,024 cases in a supervisory order. 327 decisions of the courts of first instance were cancelled and 117 court decisions were amended.
