Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbek law enforcement agencies destroyed about 627 kg of drugs seized during the fight against the drug business.

This action was dedicated to the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking, which is celebrated on 26 June.

In the blast furnaces of one of the enterprises in Tashkent, 4 kg of heroin, 127.1 kg of opium, 24.4 kg of hashish, 266 kg of marijuana, 105.5 kg of poppy straw (kuknar), 97.2 kg of cannabis, and large volume of synthetic drugs were burned.

Also a large number of psychotropic drugs in the form of tablets and solutions wete destroyed.
