About 162 appraisal organizations work in Uzbekistan

Expert commission on licensing of appraisal activities in Uzbekistan issued 15 licenses in nine months of 2014, the State Competition Committee of Uzbekistan said. The commission received 21 applications from legal entities in the reporting period
As of 1 October 2014, about 182 licenses for appraisal activities were issued in Uzbekistan, of which 162 are valid (132 to appraise business, 28 – movable assets, 2 – real estate).
Expert commission on licensing of realtor activities received 39 applications from legal entities and issued 23 licenses in January-September 2014.
As of 1 October 2014, about 201 licenses for realtor activities were issued in Uzbekistan, of which 184 are valid and 17 licenses were abolished.
